A warm toned check in charcoal grey, pale mustard and red. Handwoven with Kala cotton. Kala cotton is a purely rain fed cotton indigenous to the Kachchh region of India. It is grown in a sustainable way due to the resilient nature of the plant, the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are not needed. It forms a strong and coarse fibre that produces a uniquely textured cloth. This cloth would make beautiful skirts, dresses, tops.

3.5oz, 119gsm. 109cm wide. 100% summer weight cotton.

Country of origin; India.

As our Indian cloths are handmade, sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave or print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws. This fabric is hand printed and dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.

Fabric is sold by the yard. All cut fabric is final sale.
