Looking to patch a hole, reinforce a worn spot, or add a little texture to your favorite piece? These patch bundles are here to support your repairs—literally.

Each bundle includes five unique patches, each roughly 5” x 5”, made from handloom-woven cotton or cotton-linen blends. We cut them slightly larger than typical mending scraps so you have enough fabric to fully cover a hole, layer with structure, or get creative with your stitches.

DISCLAIMER FOR ONLINE SHOPPERS: because this inventory is constantly cycling in and out, scrap bundles will more than likely NOT reflect the product picture online. 

Every pack is a surprise mix of weaves, textures, and colors, selected from our collection of artisan-made textiles. Fabrics may include remnants of jamdani, khadi, and other handwoven cloths—giving new life to every thread and honoring the labor behind each piece.

Perfect for visible mending, sashiko, boro-inspired work, appliqué, or patchwork play. No two bundles are the same.

These fabrics are soft but sturdy—easy to hand stitch and gentle on garments. For most projects, we recommend reinforcing your patch with a stay stitch before adding visible mending details. You can prewash the patches if you’d like, but they’re clean and ready to use as-is.

While we often use the term “sashiko” as shorthand for visible mending, this practice has deep roots across many cultures. These fabrics pair beautifully with repair traditions from around the world—including kantha (India/Bangladesh), bògòlanfini (Mali), jogakbo (Korea), darning (Europe), and Navajo reweaving (Indigenous Americas). Each patch is a small reminder that care, repair, and reuse have always been part of how we dress—with respect, with skill, and with beauty.
