It's a new year, so revive your worn garments with sashiko! Bring a piece of clothing in need of mending (or simply in need of a hand stitched decoration) and join us in the shop for a guided class. If you've added sashiko to a piece of clothing in the past, please bring it to inspire us!
In this class we'll look at our textile reference book library for inspiration, assess our garments as a group, and use our washable mending patterns to patch and repair your garment. Because the mending is visible, you may decide to add stitching and embellishment to other parts of your garment as well!
The cost of the class includes..

sashiko thread (2.75)
sashiko needles (4.50)
plus guided instruction, and a fun afternoon of drinks and snacks
