Join us for a morning of sashiko stitching and discover the beauty of Hana-Fukin — a Japanese term for an all-purpose utilitarian cloth. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll work on a pre-printed Hana-Fukin cloth, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art. Hana-Fukin is perfect for wrapping a gift, covering your tea and cookies while you read, drying your dishes, using as a table centerpiece, or displaying on your wall. This is a class for slowing down and stitching meditatively.
